I cannot say enough good things about Jacob. We have worked with so many people and dealt with so many different factors throughout this project, and he has gone way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. At this point, I don't know what we would have done without him. He is just such a great, honest guy with so much integrity, and he really knows what he's doing. He is also such a perfectionist. Everything has to be done right. He has done so much for us, from all the little things to completely custom projects. He built things for us from scratch and paid attention to every single edge, measurement, ratio, and tiny detail until everything looked perfect. Even when he put in the framing for the walls, he was measuring everything and thinking through the proportions and placement. He does not just build something because we ask for it. He actually thinks about how it is going to look, how it is going to function, and how everything will come together when it is finished. One of the biggest examples is the new bedrooms he built for us. He did everything, including the framing, drywall, and finishing, but what impressed us even more was how thoughtful he was about the design. We have this ocean view, and we were so worried about adding a room and changing the flow of the house or blocking the view from the kitchen. Jacob actually stood there and thought through how big the room should be, where everything should go, and what would give us the best final outcome as the owners. He also built a completely custom fireplace for us, and it came out amazing. He built the chimney, put everything together from scratch, and measured every single part so carefully. Even with all the stonework, he paid attention to every edge, every line, and every little detail to make sure everything looked right. The quality is incredible, and the whole thing came out better than we could have imagined. He really made it to perfection, and we could not be happier with it. That is what makes him different. He doesn't just think like, "This is the project, this is what I was told to build." He actually cares about the house and the vision. He thinks about what we are going to see when we look out the window, how the house is going to flow, what will look best, and what we are ultimately trying to accomplish. He even drew the plans himself, submitted everything to the county for approval, and helped us through inspections. He has so much knowledge, but he also has so much passion for what he does. You can really tell that he cares about the final product, not just finishing the job. Beyond all of that, we just appreciate him so much as a person. He has been such an important part of this project, and we are forever thankful for him. If someone asked me whether they should hire Jacob, I wouldn't even hesitate. You don't need to keep looking or calling around. He's your guy. I would trust him with our projects again and again, and I know he is going to make sure everything is done right.

Jacob is truly one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Finding someone who is not only highly skilled but also reliable, honest, and trustworthy is so rare, and Jacob is all of those things. His knowledge and attention to detail are incredible. He always makes sure the job is done the right way and never cuts corners. Over time, he has helped us with so many different projects, from emergency repairs like fixing our dishwasher plumbing, solving water issues when the house had no running water, shower repairs, detailed painting work, and so much more. No matter what comes up, he always finds a solution. We are not local, so having someone we can completely trust with our property is extremely important. Jacob has proven again and again that he has the work ethic, communication, and skills we were looking for. Knowing that he is taking care of things gives us so much peace of mind. We are also excited to have him help with our upcoming home renovation because we know the quality of his work and the care he puts into every project.
